4.2 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) by default; local currency equivalents may also be displayed for customers in the UK, EU, and Australia for convenience, but USD is the transaction currency
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase
- Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country
4.3 Errors
In the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
6.2 Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost during checkout.
6.3 Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.4 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please note that tracking may be limited or unavailable for certain destinations.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Consumer Rights
7.1 General Policy
We do not offer refunds except where required by law. Depending on your location, different policies apply as outlined below.
7.2 Exchange Policy (United States, Canada, Australia, and Rest of World)
For customers outside the European Union and United Kingdom, we offer exchanges only (no refunds) within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be completely unworn and in original, resaleable condition
- The item must not have been used outdoors
- The soles must be completely clean with no dirt, scuffs, or signs of wear
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The replacement item must be available in stock
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Each order may only be exchanged once. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet the above conditions. Items that have been worn outdoors, have dirty soles, or show any signs of use will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
No exchange requests will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
7.3 Cancellation Rights for European Union and United Kingdom Customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your cancellation right:

- Clearly state your intention to cancel (include your name, order number, and date)
- Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation
IMPORTANT – RETURN SHIPPING: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You must arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
7.4 Condition of Returned Goods and Diminished Value Deductions
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store – this means you may try shoes on indoors to check fit and comfort. However, you must not wear the shoes outdoors or use them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If you return goods that show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we will deduct an amount from your refund to account for the diminished value. This deduction may be substantial, up to and including 100% of the product value.

We will assess the condition of returned items upon receipt and notify you of any deductions before processing your refund. We may provide photographic evidence of the condition. By exercising your cancellation right, you acknowledge and accept this diminished value policy.
7.5 Refund Process (EU/UK Customers Only)
If you exercise your cancellation right and return the goods in acceptable condition:
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- We will refund the product price, less any diminished value deductions
- Original standard shipping costs will be refunded if applicable
- Return shipping costs are not refunded and are your responsibility
7.6 Australian Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Note: Change of mind is not a major failure. The Australian Consumer Law does not require refunds for change of mind. Our 7-day exchange policy (Section 7.2) applies to Australian customers for change of mind situations.
7.7 Defective Products (All Customers)
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the description on our Website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@raxshoes.com. Include:

- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
- A description of the issue
For verified defective products, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. This is separate from and in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
