Shipping is free on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates, and on Italian orders over $150. For every other country, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
You can pay for your order with PAYPAL, Debit Card, and Credit Card. We are integrating new payment options soon.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, Regular shipping takes 7-12 business days and Express shipping takes 6-9 business days. If you don’t receive your order within 45 days after we ship it, contact us through the form and we will investigate and process a refund if required.
We use let’s Encrypt SSL encryption to protect your personal information and payments. We have a strict no-data sharing policy to protect your personal information. We don’t keep your sensitive payment information or details with us.
